This mp3 was requested and it took sometime before I finished it. There are two versions. 1st one is for those who are more senstive to energy. The second version is for those less senstive, that’s most of you. Both include exercising energies. It doesn’t matter what kind of sport you are training – from jogging, martial arts thru gym. Yoga is also applicable. Even if you do nord walking or just simple walking 30 minutes per day. These mp3s are design to increase mass muscle building in relativelly short time and increase their strenght. Finally making strong, athletic body which is fit and powerful. These are also general suggestions for being healthy and strong all the time.
If you don’t know which version to choose, I would recommend taking the second one – most people are not senstive much to energy – and if this is will be just too much powerful for you – always there is chance to listen less. There will be also the Audio Talisman v.2 version later on.

Both version are made with Bliss Engine v.6. Let me explain how it works. In the first phase an audio file is created. In second phase it is charged with different energies along with suggestions. The soundtrack after two phases is charged with chi (ki) energy which include special energies and suggestion.
