This is about gaining ability to heal with hands. There is no big philosophy in reiki – you take it from above (mostly God, or Ultimate Energy) and thru your Crown chakra – directly to your hands and to target.
The same with sending energy to object, target (person or animal) – take picture with target between your hands in prayer position – and energy flows. It would be good if you don’t build any theory about it – and treat it as naturally as it is possible. With hands and picture you can send energy at any distance, even if person is currently at our Moon.
The same by taking picture of Moon and sending the energy to it – you put yourself into resonance and can be able to receive energy from it.
Chi Kung is here for making your more aware of energy which can be very helpful – because if you are able to feel energy – it will be much more easier to truly believing in what you are doing.
