Acclimatization Effect – Why are the results less noticeable when I use MP3AT for a very long time and non-stop?

I’ve been using different MP3 AT energy audios consistently for a while now, sometimes even as a talisman. Recently, I’ve noticed small physical signs that make me wonder whether I should add more audios (for example, related to health or balance), or if my body and mind might instead need a detox or a break from energy work. At the moment, I’m only using a few specific audios focused on protection and clearing negative influences.

Would it be better to add more energy audios, or take a break to let the effects integrate? Any guidance would be appreciated?

Answer: It’s an acclimatization effect, which is an ability of the human mind.

To work with it, you have to stop using a certain title and then come back to it after about 1–4 weeks. It’s like you remove or change some mental beliefs, and nothing more can be done to move further at that moment.

The most important thing is, as you wrote, a “detox” — I would recommend taking a break from all energy tools for 1–2 weeks, or perhaps up to 4, to allow yourself to work with the energy you have collected over the time you’ve been using these tools. During that period, observe, or you can switch to spoken or written affirmations (but without energy).

I don’t know whether you are sensitive to energy or not, but I have noticed that people who say “I am insensitive to energies” are often restless because they are using too much. Energy tools are like virtual coffee — they are activating in nature. In other words, they are stimulants that boost dopamine, serotonin, adrenaline, and others. To fully and completely gain the effect from any healing or other MP3AT, you need to take breaks to allow your mind to change — to let it rest and allow the change to happen. Positive reprogramming cannot be done over and over again, because the mind usually defends itself.

Leave all energy tools aside for a while, give your body this “energy detox,” and then start again.

Excessive stimulation is also not good when it can cause oxidative stress. During the break, you can use other LOA techniques, but without energy; also recommended are natural exercises to induce energy flow in the micro cosmic orbit.
